すてきな女子高生

朝の満員電車、車椅子の乗客と駅員達があきらめようとしたところ、三人の女子高生が電車からさっと降りて、「どうぞ！」。目がしらが熱くなった。A man in a wheelchair and station staffs were almost giving up to let him ride on a train. But, three high school girls quickly jumped off from a train and offered him a space. I'm so touched T^T

Memory verse activity (Matthew 24:44)

Print the scripture on a paper strip and cut into pieces. Work individually to put them in order and then glue to a paper plate. Ask children how they can be ready and spend time for Jesus' return.

Challenge accepted!

A friend challenged me to do both personal daily devotion and BSF (non-denomination bible study) everyday. So this morning, I signed up Joyce Meyer Everyday Devotion of YouVersion App. I learned how important to experience God's presence in my everyday life. I sincerely prayed that thanking for God's home in my heart and asked for his presence today, and help me to honor him with my thoughts and my words to be a blessing to those around me. Then, a sleeping ojisan (middle aged man) in front of me suddenly sneezed and his spit came on me. I was like "HEEEEY!!!", not "Bless you". Oh God, I am so ready to learn :D

天国に持っていけないもの

MacAir購入を検討中。Windowsで外付けHDDに保存していた大量のマンガ、アニメ、ドラマは、マックでも見れるのかと親友にきいたら、「そんなものは捨ててしまえ」と言われた。

こどもの気持ちを第一に考える

"I left those blocks for a purpose." We finished VBS program and cleaning the classroom. I was told to leave these for children's attention; a tower in the block area and a children's bible on the floor of reading area. Their love for children lifted up my heart.
「それはわざと置いてあるから、そのままにしておいて」教会の夏休みプログラムが終わり、教室の掃除をした。ブロックエリアに積まれたブロックのお家、読書エリアの本棚前に無造作に置かれた子どもバイブル。子どもたちの興味をそそるための演出なのでそのままにしておくよう指示を受ける。子どもを愛する姿勢に胸が熱くなった。
